Folded premium fabrics in warm natural tones

Apparel manufacturing · New South Wales

Garments made with intent, built to last.

ACS Apparel Works designs and manufactures premium shirts, jumpers, beanies and jackets for brands that care how a garment is made — and how long it lasts.

Who we are

A regional New South Wales maker of considered apparel — designed, cut and sewn in-house for brands building something they intend to keep.

What we do

From a single idea to a finished, repeatable garment.

Considered materials

Mid-to-heavyweight knits, brushed fleece and woven cottons selected for hand-feel, durability and honest construction.

In-house make

Pattern, cut and sew under one roof in regional New South Wales, so quality is controlled at every stitch rather than outsourced.

Private label & custom

From a single founder run to repeat wholesale programmes — branding, trims and finishing built to your specification.

Built for export

Australian-made provenance, considered grading and labelling prepared for buyers here and in new markets abroad.

The ACS difference

Make held close, not handed off.

Many labels manufacture at arm's length. We keep pattern-making, cutting and sewing under one roof, so the people who plan a garment are the people who build it.

  • Single-roof pattern, cut and sew
  • Quality checked at every stage
  • Consistent grading across a run
How we make
Neatly stacked folded fabric

Australian-made, outward-looking

Made here. Made for wherever your brand is going.

We build with provenance and consistency in mind, so your range carries an honest Australian-made story into wholesale and into new markets abroad.
