Apparel manufacturing · New South Wales
ACS Apparel Works designs and manufactures premium shirts, jumpers, beanies and jackets for brands that care how a garment is made — and how long it lasts.
Who we are
What we do
Mid-to-heavyweight knits, brushed fleece and woven cottons selected for hand-feel, durability and honest construction.
Pattern, cut and sew under one roof in regional New South Wales, so quality is controlled at every stitch rather than outsourced.
From a single founder run to repeat wholesale programmes — branding, trims and finishing built to your specification.
Australian-made provenance, considered grading and labelling prepared for buyers here and in new markets abroad.
The ACS difference
Many labels manufacture at arm's length. We keep pattern-making, cutting and sewing under one roof, so the people who plan a garment are the people who build it.
The range
Structured collars, clean plackets and fabric that holds its shape through real wear.
Heavyweight knits and brushed-back fleece with a substantial, lasting hand.
Close-knit ribs and turn-ups finished to sit well and wear warm.
Considered outerwear with reinforced seams and hardware chosen to last.
Australian-made, outward-looking
We build with provenance and consistency in mind, so your range carries an honest Australian-made story into wholesale and into new markets abroad.
