We are a regional New South Wales apparel manufacturer with a retail shopfront and our own workshop — making premium garments for our label and for the brands we partner with.
Our story
From a regional workshop to brands further afield.
ACS Apparel Works is built on a simple idea: that clothing made with care, in a place you can point to on a map, is worth more than clothing made anonymously and quickly.
We started with a retail shop and our own manufacturing in Tharbogang, making shirts, jumpers, beanies and jackets. As our standard became something other people wanted for their own labels, we grew into a manufacturing partner — and we are now setting our sights on new markets overseas.
What we believe
Fewer things, made far better.
We would rather make four things exceptionally than forty things adequately. That focus lets us know our materials intimately, refine our patterns over time, and keep an eye on every garment that leaves the workshop.

Honest materials
We choose fabrics for how they wear, not how cheaply they buy. A heavier knit, a denser weave, a better trim — the things you feel over years.
Quality we can stand behind
Every run is checked against a clear standard. If a garment carries our work, it has earned the right to.

The workshop
ACS Apparel Works began as a hands-on apparel maker in Tharbogang, New South Wales — a retail shopfront paired with our own manufacturing.

The range
We focused on doing a few things properly: shirts, jumpers, beanies and jackets, made to a standard we would happily wear ourselves.

The partners
From there we began making for other brands — private-label and custom programmes built to each label’s own specification.
